Find a place that welcomes you both.

Accessibility is part of the search, in every experience. Use Max’s visual experience, text with animation, or text only. Audio is optional.

How results are ordered

  1. Your destination, pet policy, category and selected accessibility features must match.
  2. Matching businesses with location-specific, documented accessibility features appear before other matches.
  3. Paid placement cannot override accessibility priority.

“Documented” means we reviewed a source that describes specific features at that location. It does not mean an independent inspection, an ADA certification, or a guarantee that every need is met. No accessibility record means unknown, not inaccessible. A brand’s policy does not establish access at every location.

Check the details that matter to you

Filter for accessible entrances, parking, public restrooms, restaurant seating or guest rooms. Each documented listing links to its source and the date we reviewed it. Confirm your exact room, route, dimensions and equipment with the business before booking. Our initial reviewed accessibility record is Kimpton Alton in San Francisco; other locations are still being researched.

Service animals and pets are different

Under the ADA, service animals generally must be allowed in public areas of covered businesses, including businesses with no-pets policies. Pet fees do not apply to service animals. Our pet filters describe pet policies and must not be used to decide a person's service-animal rights.

Use the experience your way

Our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with reduced-motion support. This release has not had a full independent accessibility audit or completed assistive-technology testing; it is not a claim of ADA compliance. Max currently uses an animated portrait; a fully rigged 3D character and open-ended AI conversation remain in development.

Something preventing access?

Email admin@klydestreet.com with the page and what went wrong. No medical information is needed. Businesses can send location-specific accessibility sources for review; unreviewed claims do not receive priority.
